They knew everything is energy and how each energy works. They also knew how to balance the energies. What are the objects from where we can get energies. How to program these energies and make it work for specific task.

They selected few objects with high energies and good properties like Rudraksh, Some Herbs, some clays, Cow Dung etc. Because they knew these objects can give good energies they used to wear so many Rudrakshs on their bodies. They used to live in the house made of some kind of bamboo. Walls were made by a mixture of Cow Dung and some clays and so was flooring.

Scientists have proved that people living in Cow Dung house can be protected by Atomic Radiation. So they can definitely get protection from other Electro Magnetic Radiations like Mobile, Wi-fi, Electric etc. Some of the clays and gums used to make those flooring are useful our physical, mental & emotional health. So When you sleep or walk on such flooring it absorb your negative vibes, stress and more which will help you lead a healthy happy life.

But today we cannot live in cow dung house, nor we can have cow dung flooring. Also, people do not know what energies are there in Rudraksh. How to create new positive energies and program it to the Rudraksh. And this list is goes on and on.
